Here are some more pictures of my trip to Europe. The first couple are from Kelheim, Germany. Why Kelheim? Because I made some good friends in Germany and that is where she was born and raised. I thought it was great that she took the time to take me to see it.
One of the things I noticed is how much is paid by cash. I had to make sure that I had international credit cards or card. I also had to have a pin number to get cash out of the atm with it. Then you have to be careful on how much money is ‘exchanged’ and if there are charges or not. It didn’t matter whether it was Germany or Italy. Cash was preferred. Here are some pictures I got while visiting Rome:
One of the nice items of working in Germany was the ability to visit other countries. Yep, I took advantage of it. Wonder if I can find my pictures of Finland… I went in January… no one else wanted the job. It was a blast. Cold… but fun!
