Push ups, Sit ups, Biking… oh my

Ok, not that I have been that good at it. But I have completed 4 days of sit ups and push ups. I also went bike riding 3 times this week. I still consider weight loss pills to help me take the weight off faster but then realize that it is not for me.

I am going to post once a week on my success or failure at working out. I think it will force me to do it…even if it is a last minute kind of thing. Accountability… another word that is used when trying to lose weight… Here is my accountability. I will post here for accountability. We’ll see how it goes.

    Good for you!
    Keep in mind that I am walking a mile everyday, so you are not alone.

    It helps me to think that if I don’t do it, the only person I am cheating is me. I ask myself, “Do you *want* to feel better or not?”

    The first two weeks are the worst. You do two weeks, it gets better. Really. Unless you skip a day. Then you start over.
    So, don’t skip.
    You cheat yourself.

    You go, girl!

    Thank you. It is tough. Another week and hopefully it will get more into the routine. Excuses are all around me. It’s really really hard to keep going. I need to be healthy for myself. I want to live old and annoy my children. ;-)

    Dunno if this is another motivation for you, but I started sleeping through the night after getting an excersize routine going. ALL NIGHT!
    Did you know the sun shines more often when you sleep well? Amazing.
