I used to do a wonderful deep relaxation technique, but my coach died and I didn’t keep up with it.
Hmmm…. maybe I should start again…
I used to have the best ever relaxation technique…and used it almost daily…but then I got old and what I used to do twice a day I barely can do once a month. But sure did ,ake me sleep better.
