My lunchables have a first name
It’s Oscar
My lunchables have a second name
It’s Mayer
Yummmmmmyyyyy… I had a houseparty for Oscar Mayer lunchables and it was fantastic. The kids were great, the adults were wonderful… After such a relaxing time… I would even consider doing it again. Just for no reason at all!
As part of my ‘decorating’ I made brownies… I turned out cute so I had to post a picture of them:

And what are lunchables are those without kids asking? It is pre-packaged lunches… Here are some I put out for display:

And I was able to give everyone coupons for $1 off as well as one free one. They also provided ‘games’ for us to play with the ‘families’ that attended. Like this one where you had to make up as many words as you could from the word LUNCHABLES. The winner of this one got a lunchbag I was sent.. .I filled it with school supplies per their suggestion.

Another was for everyone to make paper airplanes and see whose flew the farthest. Not happening when I have kids from ages 2 to 7. I changed it to ‘Lunchables Faces’. It turned out cute…

Here are a few of the faces (but not all!):

I think one activity that stands out was the pyramid. Sponges, Water… yaa… they were suppose to throw the sponge to their favorite food group. Like Vegies or grains or beans… One of the girls there asked where Candy was… baw hahahahaha…

Seems the kids kept running around even when it was ‘time to eat’… I caught a few at the table…

I must say, it was a lot of fun. They make it easy. They gave away some cool stuff. If you look at the upper right corner of the picture above you’ll see a ‘cooler’ on wheels I was given. Totally awesome! Still, whether I win another party or not, I think I’ll have to bring this group together again. It was a good mix.
Wow, looks like a lot of fun and those brownies look yummy!
Sounds like a great party.
Of course, when I think of Oscar Mayer, I picture hotdogs. When I saw the brownies, I thought, “oh, she should have made those look like hotdogs.” Then I pictured it in my mind. Dark brown oblong shapes. Bad idea. Especially with boys because you know they would have seen “turds”. At least you know now not to ask me for party ideas.
I had THE BEST time!
