I have scrubbed, scrubbed and scrubbed some more. In fact, I was worried about the boys bathroom and mine. We have tile on the floors. I always wonder if I am ruining the tile when I clean it. I bleach the boys tile all the time. I did a search on tile and cleaning and found many sites. This site on tiles had a decent link to Tile Care. I totally forgot about sealing the grout. I did that in my old house… this one? Nope. I did it every year in the old house. I have been in this one for 4 years and it has not been done once. Not once. Sigh. I feel like this housework never ends. I’m always doing laundry, changing air filters, recycling the water system, adding salt to the water system, doing dishes, cleaning floors, cleaning bathrooms, fixing some broke items and leaving others. I have a list of ‘to do’ fixes that I hope to get done one day. Uhhh yaa… Four years later and I just added another. Seal Grout. Some days I just want to run away from home. Good thing I know that no matter where I go it will end up the same. Yep…. just another item on a list.

Seems I am feeling better. I actually feel like writing some posts! I saw this site for clamps when I was thinking about a project for the boys. I was thinking about making a line between two trees or the trees and the swingset so they could send secret messages back and forth. They are big into spies and star wars and some odd mixture of all of that. A couple of clamps to hold the line and wushhhh… the message can be sent. Just as long as it stays outside… maybe this isn’t a good idea… I could soooo see this coming into the house and something getting broke… like a window. Hmmmm… may have to rethink this idea when I have had just a little more sleep.

Even though I dropped the ball on a tutor job… Bou picked it up and ran with it. She posts about it HERE and again HERE. Sadly, I looked for my calculus book and couldn’t find it. It must be hidden in the garage somewhere. Sigh… Haven’t really looked to hard because I had a horrible headache for a day and a half. Something new for me. I was really a witch during that time. Ask my kids and hubby. I think I chewed them up and spit them out once and after that they just started to run when they saw me.

Which I still have a stuffy head, but the headache is gone and I can somewhat function again. Two weeks and I am sooooo far behind. I started reading my emails. The last thing I need to read was this

“By the way, a bill just passed out of a congress’ committee is going to increase congressional staff budgets by 5.6%. What was your raise this year?”

I did a search on it. I need to go back to bed. Is our country that sick? That they think that the people can be sucked dry on taxes? We are having a hard time keeping in budget. I am seriously trying to get a part time job at a used book store. After taxes it might bring in $70 a week. But that is better than ZERO. Actually I would bring more in if I could remember to do my PayU2Blog posts. I have missed at least two deadlines in the last two weeks. I just don’t get on the computer like usual when there are sick kids in the house… and goodness since I was sick. Yaa just didn’t happen.

Hopefully this week will be much better… Tot’s birthday is coming up and now I can just focus on that. Phew…
