We were at a friend’s house. The boys playing with J, I talking with his mom. It was pleasant. Then the boys started laughing and ran into the kitchen. If I remember correctly, the conversation went like this:

Tater, J: Mom, mom, Tot showed us his butt **much laughter**
J’s mom and I: Ok.
Tater, J: he showed us his butt by leaving the bathroom door open while he pee’d. **much laughter**
J’s mom and I: ok.
Tot shows up.
Tot: I was being funny.
Me: Yes, and the boys are laughing, you were funny.
All boys disappear.

Not sure why that was so funny or why we had to be told about it. I swear it’s a boy thing.
