When my mom stresses she will lose weight fast by not eating. On the other hand, when I stress… I eat chocolate. Lots and lots of sweet chocolate. Not a good choice on my part. I have lost 5 pounds since the beginning of the year and kept it off. I have not lost anymore. Sucks to be me. I need to learn to eat good foods instead of sweets when stressed. Why? Because my life is one big stress right now… found out my hubby was diabetic, my youngest was hypoglycemic (yaa opposites), that I was highly allergic to every Florida grass, trees and cats, mildly allergic to dogs, mold, and dust mites. Had nose surgery. Have a yearbook deadline to meet. More to come I’m sure. Ok, enough whining. Life is good. I have my sweet hubby acting sweet again, my children not having meltdowns every other day and I started allergy shots. My insurance pays a HUGE amount towards them so I can afford to go. Just pass me a little more chocolate and I’ll make it to the yearbook deadline.
