This weekend we worked on a leprechaun trap for my kindergartener… Take a look at his trap as he puts pots of gold coins on the ramp up to the ‘real pot of gold’. Right before the real pot of gold is a trap door. Let’s hope the leprechaun falls in!
Talking about Gold… The youngest loves gold glittery stuff. I had no idea. I’m surprised he didn’t want to paint it in gold glitter. He probably figured I wouldn’t let him. And he would be right. That stuff costs a fortune! Green Paint, large container, $2 at Micheal’s and it is toxic-free. Yipeee…

By the way, I have 3 extra males at my house this week. My friend and his two boys are down visiting during their spring break. Too bad it isn’t our break as well. But we have already had fun and I bet it is going to be a great week. We set the rules to start with and they are terrified of me… it helps. All they must do is not cuss and not hit one another. That’s all. Yaa, we’ll see if it lasts. Though they are afraid if they do I really will make them scrub that toilets. GRIN. Their dad thought that was great. Yep, maleness for a week… I’m going to need a deep dark room to hide into at the end of it!
