Bike Riding

My sons decided to bike ride today. At 2pm. At the hottest part of the day… to get ready for this triathlon. I convinced them to run the mile later tonight when we might have it a tiny bit cooler. It’s 87F and ‘feels like’ 97F at 2:30pm… it was just as hot at 2pm. Ugh. I have to figure out a way to get them moving in the morning for the running. That would be best. Oh wait, that means I have to move too… double ugh…
