One Happy Dog Speaks

Geeze, I’m tired of it all. No more DS games. No more electronics. I will be so glad to go camping next weekend and get rid of all the electronics for a while. The boys are going to be so unhappy this afternoon because they spent most of the morning on electronics. Sucks to be them when mom limits the time they can have a day. Especially since I promised to take them to the toy store today … and I need to go to Sears… and they only have an hour left from 11am to 6pm to play. Yaa… not going to be happy boys.

I was looking at my wedding ring and thinking how it needs to be cleaned. Along with that I was remembering how recently I went to get my engagement ring repaired. I was looking at all the engagement rings they had on display. Wow. Mine looks very bland in comparison. Still, it is the right size for my hand and the perfect size. I didn’t want a huge diamond… in fact I seriously consider asking him to get me an emerald. Who knows, I might see if he will get me an emerald ring one day… then he can get me earrings to match… then a necklace. Yaa… sweet.

Friday I had to work and took the kids with me. Saturday was homework and cub scouts. Today… I have got to find a car topper. Looks like Sears will win because they are open and have the cheapest. Though cheap doesn’t necessarily mean better. Sigh. But with the holidays around the corner… I have to ‘cut corners’… and hope it doesn’t bite me in the butt later on. Amazing to me how hard I work, how good I am at math and still suck at finances. UGH. Will let you know how it all goes.
