Swimming worked out just fine. Had a huge issue with both coaches. As of last night, all was resolved. I can’t believe how emotional I have been for the last six months. Off and on… About once a month I become a monster. Either weepy or aggressive. Or sometimes both in the same day. Seems to be less of an issue when I get sleep, take my vitamins and exercise. Not hard exercise, just 10 or 15 minutes a day seems to help. I hope I pass through this stage quickly… not just for the emotions but I’m tired to waking up to my bed being soaked with sweat. Ewwww. Being a woman is certainly not for the weak.
